The third chapter of this book has perhaps the most straight-forward and easy-to-use introduction to energy working that I’ve ever seen. And, it is summed up in a nice, simple healing method.
The rest of the book is background and “apologies” trying to convince people to give this stuff a try. If you’re reading this blog, you’ve probably heard of psionics and energy work before.
